Moving East Texas forward culturally and economically through innovative programing

92-3 FM The Depot has introduced a number of community-oriented events, promotions and programs such as:
Our award-winning "Shop With a Cop" holiday promotion
Our introduction of a Summer Concert Series "Boogie on the Bricks"
Innovative programming initiatives that bridge cultural gaps such as our award-winning discussion about violence against our Hispanic community, the introduction of Black History Month highlighting the accomplishments of Wiley University graduates, a Hispanic programming initiative featuring Hispanic-inspired music and The Depot's unwavering support of the arts in East Texas.
92-3 The Depot personnel serve on a number of regional non-profit organizations like the Marshall Regional Arts Council and the America 250 committee where we introduced the region's first-ever drone show and the Cypress Junior Women's Club which organized the successful "Supper With Santa" and "Touch a Truck" events.
92-3 The Depot's leadership has led ongoing discussions about community topics including courthouse flag displays and local water infrastructure concerns and traffic issues. 92-3 The Depot has introduced neighborhood-building promotions and actively supports and promotes Downtown Revitalization efforts. And 92-3 The Depot provides year-round support of "Texas Sounds International," a global music event held in Marshall each fall. If something important is happening in the region, you'll hear about it on 92-3 The Depot.

We chose the name "The Depot" to honor this heritage. Just as the train depot connected East Texas to the rest of the country, 92.3 FM connects our communities today through music, news, and shared experiences.
