A Halloween festival is coming to Marshall’s Convention Center over the Halloween weekend as
Buddy Power Promotions is putting on three different events with a little something for everyone.
Saturday and Sunday features the “Too Cute to Spook” event for kids and the “Trail of Terror” for
older kids and adults. And the festival wraps up Monday night with a Halloween happening for adults
